Track record of related entities
Performance figures presented on this website relate to the
advisory activity of the Equisculpt Ventures group, a related entity, and not to Equisculpt
Novem Fund, which is recently constituted and has no operating history of its own. Anchor
IPO figures are verifiable against public NSE Emerge and BSE SME filings; group blended XIRR
and private/pre-IPO marks are manager-computed and not independently verified. Unrealised
marks on open positions are indicative values, not returns, and may not be realisable.

(No. GB26205965) issued by the Financial Services Commission, Mauritius, and is authorised
as a VCC fund under the Variable Capital Companies Act 2022. The licence does not constitute
an endorsement by the Commission of the fund’s performance or prospects. Novem Prime
Incorporated VCC Sub-Fund is registered with the Registrar of Companies, Mauritius
(No. C234119), and is registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as a Foreign Portfolio Investor, Category I (Registration No. INMUFP064926).
